Sampling and development
Are samples free?
Samples are available for evaluation. Freight is paid by the recipient. Tell us the resin, application, target colour and quantity so the right grade is sampled.
Who pays sample freight?
The recipient covers sample freight. Provide your courier account or destination details with the sample request.
Can you make a sample to our colour card?
Yes, colour matching can be discussed against a Pantone reference, physical standard or approved sample, subject to resin and application review. Supply the reference, base resin, part thickness, process and viewing conditions for a meaningful match.
MOQ, packing and consolidation
What is the minimum order quantity?
The reference MOQ is 500 kg. Confirm MOQ for the exact grade, custom colour, functional formulation and destination before issuing a purchase order, because development and packaging requirements can affect the final arrangement.
How is masterbatch packed?
The reference packing is 25 kg per bag. Confirm bag material, palletisation, labelling, net weight tolerance and any destination-specific packing requirement for the selected grade before shipment.
Lead time, export and documents
What is the normal production lead time?
The reference lead time is 14 days. Confirm the lead time against the exact grade, order quantity, approval status, production schedule and shipping requirements before you promise delivery to your customer.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Tianhao currently transacts in RMB and USD. Confirm the exact settlement route and terms with the sales team for your market.
Quality and compliance
Do you have ISO 9001 certification?
Yes. Tianhao holds ISO 9001:2015 certificate No. 46026Q01135R053, valid from 2026-08-17 to 2029-08-16, for “Production of modified plastics (color masterbatch, functional masterbatch).” Verification is available through HZIC and www.cnca.gov.cn.
How can I request SGS, RoHS, REACH or FDA-related reports?
Request documentation for the exact grade, resin and destination market before use. Tianhao lists SGS, RoHS, REACH and FDA food-contact reports as available on request; report scope and applicability must be confirmed, not assumed.
How do you control batch consistency?
Batch consistency is controlled through an agreed specification, retained reference and documented evaluation method. Provide the colour standard, resin, part geometry, process and acceptance criteria; Tianhao should confirm the applicable control plan for the grade.
Technical support
How is colour difference judged?
Colour difference should be judged against an agreed physical or instrumental reference under recorded conditions. Define the resin, part thickness, illuminant, measurement settings, sampling locations and acceptance criterion before comparing batches.
Custom masterbatch and OEM/ODM
Can you match a Pantone colour?
Pantone-based colour matching can be discussed, but the final result must be approved in the actual resin and part conditions. Provide the Pantone reference, physical standard if available, resin, thickness, process and viewing requirements.
Can you develop functional masterbatch?
Functional-masterbatch development can be reviewed for a defined application, resin and target function. State the processing route, required effect, end-use environment, performance test method and any compliance requirement before feasibility is assessed.
